The week that was - December 6, 2021
It's that particular time of year when the to-do list is getting longer, the days getting shorter, and the couch looks its comfiest. Might as well make some pastries and settle down for a Harry Potter movie marathon right?
I know Ziggy is getting into the festive spirit!
But more to the point here's the recap of the awesome meals we enjoyed in the pitch black
of the early evenings.
Cranberry, Apple, Pecan, and Brie Tarts with a apple, lemon, maple glaze
Mushroom, Kale, Prosciutto and Brie Pastries
No recipes for these, just messing around on a rainy Saturday morning! But perhaps that can be one of my 2022 resolutions to track some original creations.
