There's dumpling you should know...

.... I've never had chicken and dumplings before. On a scale of James Carville to Dolly Parton how bad of a southerner am I? Apparently I've been missing out because this was amazing!

This recipe from Jessica Merchant at How Sweet Eats was a twist on the traditional chicken and dumplings but with a ton of fresh herbs and super thick almost gravy base I'm not sure how it could get better.
